Prof Costas N. Papanicolas has been assigned as an external expert in evaluating the work of a consultant employed by the EU’s Directorate General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM), Unit A3 (Cyprus Settlement support), in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) that is stationed in Cyprus. The aim of the work is to provide constructive feedback on the technical parameters of a hybrid system (generation and storage) to be constructed to serve both communities of Cyprus.
