The project aims to support the Municipality of Strovolos in its mission to identify and address energy poverty within its territory, in a replicable scheme that can support its most vulnerable populations. With the help of expert technical support offered by the Cyprus Institute, the Municipality will be able to move forward with its obligations within the Covenant of Mayors and become an example of good practice for other local authorities in Cyprus.
